Claims Information

We really hope that you don’t need to make a claim on your policy, but if the need arises, you are safe in the knowledge that our dedicated claims team are here to help you through the process from beginning to end.

Please ensure you follow our guidelines to ensure that your claim can be assessed as easily as possible.

  • Ensure your writing is legible. We find the best way to do this is in black pen, using capital letters.
  • Provide as much information as possible! We don’t mind if you need to use extra sheets of paper.
  • If you are having to cancel, please ensure you download a claim form before contacting your Doctor for a medical certificate.
  • At the end of each section in your policy wording, there will be a list of what you need to do in relation to making a claim. Please ensure you include everything we require.
  • Always make sure to keep a copy of all claim documentation – just in case it gets lost in the post. Better yet, if you are able to, send it in recorded delivery.

Turnaround time:

 

  • Letter responses: Within 5 working days of receipt.
  • Claim: Within 10-15 working days of a fully completed claim form.
